She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Connecticut, a Master’s Degree from Penn State University, and an MBA from Baylor University. Her career includes significant leadership roles, having served as Vice President at both JPMorgan Chase and Movement Mortgage.

Noelle’s expertise in real estate is unparalleled. She has successfully acquired millions in real estate assets and built a robust portfolio that includes both single-family homes and multifamily properties. Her acumen in managing and expanding her real estate holdings has made her a sought-after coach and mentor in the industry.

In addition to her real estate ventures, Noelle is a prolific author, having written five books on real estate investing and financial empowerment. She also runs one of the fastest-growing real estate channels on YouTube, where she shares her insights and strategies with a broad audience. Her dynamic teaching style and practical advice have helped countless individuals achieve their real estate goals.

John Raymond

  • 20+ years of operations and management experience

About John:

John has been an investor and consultant for a wide variety of businesses. He earned his MBA in finance from Washing State University and has worked in operations and management for over 20 years. He has consulted hundred of businesses from early idea development and seed state to fully functioning enterprises with millions in revenue. John has helped businesses implement new growth strategies and has helped business owners find and apply for government contracts and grants.

John focuses on revenue cycle management and helps organizations remove the pain points that customers might experience in doing business with them. He has a stong emphasis on culture within organizations and has helped turn-around departments by removing the typical barriers to communication that many employees experience. He has also worked with local agencies to help entrepreneurs find additional sources of funds and resources to help them grow and scale their businesses. John also sits as the director of a Utah based nonprofit that is focused on creating housing and job opportunities for low-income families.

John got into the investing side of business after seeing the number of entrepreneurs that had solid businesses but didn’t know where to go for help.
